Shipping Information
Once an order is placed it generally takes 5-7 working days for your order to ship. Many of your orders will come much sooner than that and there will be the occasional order that will take a little longer. If we see that an order will be taking longer, we will send you an email.
All of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Gift Labels (when ordered on their own) are shipped regular mail.

Any customer that purchases $50 or more automatically receives free shipping at checkout (no code needed)!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside of the United States at this time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
It is very important to us that you are happy with your order. We work very hard to make sure that all items go out as ordered, but unfortunately mistakes do happen.
If the error is on our part, please be assured that your order will be replaced immediately. Shipping on us (US Post Office - Priority Mail).
We also realize that sometimes our customers make mistakes too. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Should you find that you have made a mistake, please email us immediately at sue@justlabelit.com. If the order has been not been executed we will be happy to make the necessary changes, If the ordered has already been printed, we can offer you a discount to redo the order.
Do you charge tax?
Just Label It is required to charge tax on all orders originating in the state of New York.
Can I pick up my order and save on shipping?
Yes, we are located in Roslyn Heights, New York. If you live locally and would like to pick up your order just select "pick up at store" when choosing your shipping method. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
What are the quantity breaks for note cards and foldovers?
We are very unique because we allow our customers to order our note cards and foldovers by the piece (one card plus one envelope). That way you can order exactly what you need or if you would like to give our cards as a gift you can stay within your budget.
Why does my order look different from the sample I saw online?
Every computer monitor produces different colors so there many be some variations in color from what you saw on your screen. Also, some of the fonts are not downloading as clear as they are on the printed page.
Other changes can occur when we use our artistic license to adjust the size of items on the page to better fit the names on the items (such as sports equipment on a note card) you have chosen to personalize in your order. That is one of the things that makes buying from us different. We don't just print - we analyze each order to make sure it looks it best.
Can I send a note with my gift?
Yes! When checking out go to comments. Let us know it is a gift and write your whole message there. We will print it on a note card that coordinates with your gift. The great part is we take a picture of the note card and the finished gift and send a copy to you so you can see exactly what was sent.
I am having trouble with PayPal.
We now offer credit card payments through Stripe or you can chose Paypal to process our transactions. Both provide our customers with a high level of security to make purchases from our website. We believe that Paypal will allow you (our customer) to make 2 purchases without logging into Paypal. On the third purchase it will ask you to set up a Paypal account. This account costs nothing. If you are having a problem with Paypal please call them at 402.952.8899. Also, you are always welcome to call us directly at 516.610.0181.
